Black Hexorium Crystals are one of the five different base color Hexorium gems from the mod HEXCraft.

Obtaining
Mining
The easiest way to obtain White Hexorium Crystals is to mine Black Hexorium Ore and Black Hexorium Nether Ore. The crystals can also be obtained by mining naturally spawned Black Hexorium Monoliths and Black Hexorium Nether Monoliths, but these are very rare. Unlike Red, Green and Blue Crystals, both Black Ores and Monoliths are easier to find in the Nether than Overworld.
Processing
The crystals can also be obtained by processing the raw ores and monoliths which are gathered using Silk Touch. The ores and monoliths should be inserted into the Crystal Separator, which will then output the crystals. This is the most efficient way of gathering large quantities, as the output is a lot higher than mining in a regular way.

Another way to retrieve already gathered crystals is using the backwards recipe of Block of Hexorium Crystal.

Destroying Blocks
Another way to get the crystals is to break Light Gray, Gray, Dark Gray or Black Energized Hexorium blocks, breaking Energized Hexorium Monoliths of the same colors or breaking Energy Pylons with inserted Monoliths. Note that the crystals will not drop if these are dismantled using the Hexorium Manipulator.

Lore
Black Hexorium Crystals are Hexorium in its natural state. The black crystals are similar to White Hexorium Crystals, but they have a much higher density. Because of this, they seem to not emit almost any light even though they still do emit traces of white light. Like white crystals, they have great conductivity (better than even white) and are often used for electronics after being smelted in to Black Hexorium Wafers. In addition, their higher density also allows them to manipulate the space in which Energized Hexorium is placed, so they are often used for creating gaps and rearranging the molecular structure. Both white and black crystals are much sought after by CelesTek Technologies for the development of electronics.
